The phrase 'luxuriously elegant' is what comes to mind when setting foot into this five storied bungalow. Surrounded by lush greenery & open land on all sides, the building receives plenty of natural light & fresh air. With the skeleton of all floors almost completed, the first task undertaken in the interior design process was to strategically resize & reposition windows, allowing for plenty of sunlight while moderating ventilation and keeping out rain during the harsh monsoons & winters. In a home with such spacious rooms, controlling natural light can be tricky, but clever solutions like spill-out spaces, skylights, and borrowed light help brighten even the most interior corners.

The interior design is minimalist & elegant; rich marble & wooden accents are generously used to play around with geometric patterns. Each room features its own colour theme, reflecting the respective inhabitant's taste and personality. Special attention was given to the two double height courtyards in the house, particularly the ground-floor courtyard, which serves as the heart of the home—a cozy space for family gatherings, tea, and conversation.
